How we ship

All orders ship via USPS. In some cases we may use a different carrier (for example, for oversized packages or service disruptions) to make sure your order arrives reliably.

Processing time

Orders placed on business days are typically packed and shipped the same day or next day. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays ship the next business day.

Sales tax

Kentucky residents pay 6% state sales tax.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a USPS tracking number by email. You can follow your package on usps.com.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your product arrives damaged or your package is lost in transit, please reach out right away at [email protected] or call/text 859.576.9934, and we’ll replace the item.
