The 60-Day Try-It Guarantee

We want you to experience the difference our products make in your environment. Every EMF Solutions product purchased through helpmyemf.com is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee, set by EMF Solutions and honored by us.

If the product isn’t right for you for any reason, send it back within 60 days of purchase for a refund of the product price.

What qualifies for a return

  • The product was purchased through helpmyemf.com.
  • The return is requested within 60 days of the purchase date.
  • Any condition is fine — you can open it, use it in your home, and still return it. This is a true 60-day try-it window.

What is not refundable

  • Credit card processing fee (3.5%). When orders are paid by credit card, our processor (Square) charges a 3.5% fee that we do not get back. That portion of your payment is non-refundable.
  • Original shipping charges you paid to receive the product.
  • Return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Free items received as part of a bundle or promotion (the bundle must be returned in full to qualify).

How to start a return

  • Email [email protected] or call/text 859.576.9934 within your 60-day window.
  • We’ll confirm the return is eligible and send you the return shipping address.
  • Ship the product back via a trackable method (we recommend USPS with tracking). The customer pays return shipping.
  • Once we receive the product, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method, minus the 3.5% CC processing fee.

Damaged or lost packages

If your product arrives damaged or your package is lost in transit, please reach out right away at [email protected] or call/text 859.576.9934, and we’ll replace the item.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order before it ships, contact us as soon as possible at 859.576.9934 or [email protected]. Same-day or next-day fulfillment means we can often pull an order before it leaves, but once a package is in USPS’s hands the standard return process applies.

Free Home Assessments

Free home assessments are exactly that — free. There’s nothing to refund. If you decide afterward that EMF Solutions products aren’t right for you, no payment is owed.
