Who we are
Help My EMF is operated by SJA Services LLC, doing business as Help My EMF (“we,” “us,” “our”). When this policy says “we,” it means SJA Services LLC dba Help My EMF, running helpmyemf.com.
What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit helpmyemf.com, submit a form, request a free home assessment, or place an order — how we use that information, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form & free home assessment requests: name, phone number, email address, and any message you choose to send.
- Orders: billing and shipping name and address, email, phone, and the products you buy. We use Square as our payment processor — your card details are entered directly with Square, and we never see or store your full card number.
- Customer accounts & order history: if you create a customer account in our store (FluentCart), we keep a record of your orders so you can reference them later.
Information collected automatically
- First-party site analytics. We use Independent Analytics, a first-party analytics plugin that runs on our own server. We do not use Google Analytics, and we do not sell your data to advertising networks. Independent Analytics records page views, referring sites, country, device type, and time on page in an aggregated, non-identifying way.
- Essential cookies. Our shop uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep your cart working, remember login sessions, and protect forms from spam.
- Google Search Console. Google reports aggregated search queries that led people to our site. This data is not tied to individuals.
How we use your information
- Respond to inquiries and schedule free home assessments.
- Process orders, calculate shipping and sales tax, and arrange USPS delivery.
- Send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, return instructions).
- Understand how the site performs so we can improve it.
- Comply with legal and tax obligations (including Kentucky sales tax filings).
Marketing email
We do not currently send marketing emails or newsletters. If we begin offering one in the future, we will only add you to the list if you opt in, and every message will include a one-click unsubscribe link.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted services we need to run the business:
- Square — payment processing.
- USPS — shipping and delivery.
- Our website host and form tools — to operate helpmyemf.com.
- EMF Solutions, Inc. — when fulfillment of a specific product is handled through the parent product line, we may share your shipping details so your order reaches you.
- Government agencies — when required by law (for example, sales tax reporting).
How long we keep information
- Contact-form submissions and assessment requests: up to 2 years after our last conversation.
- Order records and invoices: at least 7 years for tax purposes.
- Analytics data: aggregated and retained for up to 2 years.
Your choices
You can:
- Ask us what information we have about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it (except where we’re required to keep it for tax or legal reasons).
- Opt out of any future marketing emails.

Children
The site is intended for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can remove it.
Security
We use HTTPS across the site, reputable hosting, and Square’s PCI-compliant payment processing. No method of online transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business changes. The “Effective Date” at the top will show the most recent revision.
