1. Who you’re dealing with

helpmyemf.com is operated by SJA Services LLC, doing business as Help My EMF (“Help My EMF,” “we,” “us,” “our”). SJA Services LLC is a Kentucky limited liability company; the assumed name “Help My EMF” was registered with the Kentucky Secretary of State under KRS 365. By using this site or placing an order, you (“you,” “Customer”) agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Independent EMF Specialist disclosure

Leah Allen is an Independent Certified EMF Specialist and Independent Representative for EMF Solutions, Inc. Help My EMF resells EMF Solutions products and provides assessment and consultation services. Help My EMF is an independent business and is not EMF Solutions, Inc. Product warranties, scientific claims, and the underlying 60-day money-back guarantee are set by EMF Solutions; Help My EMF honors and administers them on your behalf.

3. Eligibility — 18 and older

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into a contract.

4. Wellness disclaimer

The information and products on helpmyemf.com are intended to support a healthier living environment. They are not medical advice, not a medical device, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the FDA.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have an implanted medical device (such as a pacemaker), please consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your environment based on anything you read here.

Independent lab research referenced on the site reflects studies of the products themselves; individual results vary.

5. Free home assessments

Free home assessments are provided as an educational service. They are not engineering surveys, medical evaluations, or guarantees of any specific outcome. We share our findings and recommendations; what you do with them is your choice.

6. Orders, pricing, and payment

  • Product prices are listed in US dollars and set by EMF Solutions. Prices may change without notice.
  • We accept payment through Square. A 3.5% credit card processing fee applies and is non-refundable.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, a price is incorrect, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we’ll issue a refund (minus the non-refundable CC processing fee, where applicable).

Shipping terms are covered in our Shipping Policy. USPS is our carrier.

9. Intellectual property

All content on helpmyemf.com — text, images, logos, page copy, and design — is owned by SJA Services LLC dba Help My EMF or used with permission (including EMF Solutions branded materials). You may share links to the site and quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy, republish, or repurpose substantial portions of the site without written permission.

10. Your conduct on the site

Please don’t:

  • Submit false, abusive, or spam messages through forms.
  • Attempt to access areas of the site that aren’t public.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with site functionality.
  • Use the site to violate any law.

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who does.

11. Third-party services & links

The site uses third-party services (Square, USPS, our hosting provider, Independent Analytics, Google Search Console) and may link to other websites such as emfsol.com. We’re not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of those third parties.

12. Warranties and limitation of liability

  • The site and the assessment services are provided “as is.”
  • Product warranties, when offered, are provided by EMF Solutions and are administered through us.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, SJA Services LLC dba Help My EMF, its owners and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, your purchase of products, or anything discussed during an assessment.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service at issue.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless SJA Services LLC dba Help My EMF, its owners and contractors, from any third-party claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of someone else’s rights.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
